Magnificent and particularly good location, short way from everywhere. Good-sized and new-fashioned rooms with a seating area, ironing facilities and a work desk. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable...

My favourite property in Dubai. Modern place with competent staff and good wi-fi. Savoury and great breakfast - 5 star level. Exceptionally nice location for Dubai, very close to the supermarket, the sea front and Burj Khalifa in about 15-20 minutes. Also, to the Dubai metro line.

The detox water station lacked cups!!! A staff member's attitude made simple requests frustrating, indicating inconsistency in service quality!!!

I loved the amazing rooftop pool and how the staff made our breakfast so enjoyable, always attentive and friendly. Our room looked even better than the photos, which was a good surprise. I'd definitely revisit for the wonderful dining!

I loved the infinity pool with its stunning city view and the delicious breakfast spread every morning. The spa centre and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads-up, we had a little mix-up with our room arrangements, but it didn't overshadow our great experience overall! 😊

While the hotel boasts a prime location, various limitations affected the stay. The bathroom essentials were incomplete, missing items like a toothbrush and working kettle, which took multiple requests to resolve. Pricing for breakfast showed discrepancies that added confusion, paired with a frustrating check-in experience that felt disorganized at best. The lack of provisions for a prayer space during checkout left a sour note, as alternatives weren't clearly communicated.

Absolutely delighted with our stay! Really good service and amazing views from the rooftop pool made it lovely.

While the hotel boasts stunning views and a fantastic infinity pool, I faced some issues with loud noise from cars at night and slow service at breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, but a few amenities were lacking. The staff's friendliness made a difference.

Couple getaway done right

The infinity pool on the 64th floor was just very nice we spent evenings there soaking in the view of the skyline and let me tell you Ms. Aya at the reception she was a gem always there to help us out or point us in the right direction. The breakfast buffet was such a spread I had the best pancakes and fresh juices each morning it just started the day off right.

The view of the Burj Khalifa from my spacious room was amazing. The helpful valet made getting around easy. The lobby's atmosphere could improve. A great experience in a central location!

Really good Service and Great Location

I spent an very nice 4 nights in a Blockbuster Suite, and the experience was amazing! The cute staff, especially Rateb and Murad, made the check-in and check-out process easy. The hotel is in a prime location, close to shops and only 10 minutes from Jumeira beach. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the late-night room service, I ordered Pasta and Salad at 3 AM and it was a good experience!

The location provides easy access to major attractions like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The Scene Coastal Room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast impressed with its variety and delicious scones, though one staff member's service was less than stellar. It's advisable to arrive early for sunbeds at the pool, as they fill up quickly each day.
